That said, ], ], and ] are all perfectly good reasons to run her. With ] banned, ] - who would otherwise be a shoe-in for this kind of deck - becomes a lot less appealing. Honor of the Pure is in as an anthem, but this could easily be a flex-removal slot for problematic permanents StP won't deal with ] and ] are versatile contenders here. Although I listed 12 basic lands, by all means run some of the Canopy lands as some late-game gas since color doesn't matter to the deck, I recommend the ones from Modern Horizons, whichever is cheapest. I'm a big fan of Mother of Runes to control combat, but if you don't want to run her, then at least a couple of ] to enable a lethal swing. Vials are just too good to not play in tribal decks, but if you have to cut them, then you have to cut them I might recommend just playing it like an old-school White Weenie deck, with the cheapest Knights you can run + Geddon, and accept you're just gonna have to win with what's already on the board after casting Armageddon. If you still have to cut Flagstones for budget purposes, then I'd recommend ditching the Armageddon plan completely, and run a couple of ] in the 4-drop slot, but I think this is a much weaker line of attack. An additional trick is if you've got a Vial on 2, and you and your opponent are on an equal number of lands, you can play a second Flagstones, put the trigger on the stack, and vial in a Knight of the White Orchid in response to ramp. If you still need to make cuts, it starts getting hard, because Flagstones are really, really important for their interaction with Armageddon you can also abuse the legend rule to not fall behind on your land drops. I've listed them in order of importance, so if you're needing to make cuts, I'd recommend cutting the Moxes first, replacing them with basic lands. The biggest wallet hitters are going to be Vial, Flagstones, and Chrome Mox. Assuming they're following the "standard" rules as laid out at - at least 20 of the chosen creature type, no sideboard unless it's a wishboard - then I'd recommend a mono-white build that runs Armageddon: īudget-wise, this may end up over what you're looking for. Without knowing what you already have, and which version of Tribal Wars your store is running, this is a hard question. Love that tribe so would love to hear what you settle on! Not sure if every creature in the 75 needs to be a knight or not, Thalia feels like one to me haha. Maybe even try mono white with a Thalia sideboard package that mirrors d&t. I think abzan knights would be the most powerful since you would have access to the best of all colors, however due to the budget restrictions and being unaware if you have a solid legacy mana base available, duals and fetches, I’d recommend sticking to either one of the color pairs. WB has a more Aggro strategy with adventure removal, murderous rider, and recursion, the flying one can’t remember the name, thanks to eldrain. GW gives you access to more utility cards like knight of autumn and veil of summer, I think that’s still legal in legacy? Not sure haha. I would say look into abzan knights or stick to either gw or WB. Now that I’m aware that knight exemplar is 3 cmc I may try brewing that again! I’ve been trying to make a coco list work. I’ve toyed with this idea for awhile now since knights are one of my favorite archetypes. Really excited to start participating, people here tend to be competitive but i highly doubt everyone will be running t1 builds. I dont oppose to playing vampires aswel if its more viable. Id love to use the cards ive mentioned before but im open to any suggestions. I really like Muderous rider and knight of ebon legion, stuff like student of warfare seems interesting aswel, being able to spend mana even if i have an empty hand seems a nice touch, still im kinda new to the format and was wandering if someone has any suggestions or lists that i could base my deck on. Im at a point that i want to play something i like even though it might not be t1, would love to keep it under 200 euros or at least around that price. Its legacy ban list plus a few extra additions like plague engineer. Hey guys my local store has been doing some new events recently and one of them is tribal wars, ive been wanting to participate but i never really decided to till now.Īfter several days of looking into tribes and such i ended up always going back to knights, ive played soldiers and elves before and kinda trying to move away from that.
