![]() I simply clicked "buy" and then "install" and - poof! - the program was loaded on to my MacBook Pro. The closest option is the "store download" option, but those guidelines tell you to enter the redemption code. ![]() There is nothing there that gives any guidance whatsoever on where to find the serial number for a product purchased from the Mac App store. Incidentally, I also already checked out the links you provided (which I did indicate in my original message). But I want to register my product with so I can be sure to get updates on it. ![]() There is no prompt to register the product or enter the serial number. When it's finished, you can launch the program and, when you do, it just opens like normal. After you click "buy," the option that displays is simply "install." So you click on that and the program installs. ![]() Incidentally, there's technically no "download" option when you purchase from the Mac App store. They had no idea where to tell me to look for the serial number. I'm going in circles!Īpple support said that the only thing I could do was "redownload the program" and "see if it asks me for the serial number" this time. I sent a message to Apple support and told them that I purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 from the Mac App Store, aaaaaand they told me to contact Adobe. Soooo, I did contact them, because the first Adobe customer service person I chatted with told me to contact them. Both typing out the number for clarity, and sending us a number of photos will assist us to determine your saddle details.Hi. To speed up the process for you, please send us all numbers and letters that you can see, plus any stamping of model names. Simply contact us with your serial number and we'll do our best to tell you all about your saddle.ĭepending on the age of your saddle, your serial number will either be on a sewn in tag, or stamped on the under-flap of your saddle. If you are unable to find the answer to your question using the above information, or if your saddle is an older model (begins with a letter and an astrix such as A* or X*) please email our specialist product team who will be able to search our older records and get back to you with more detail. If your saddle serial number begins with the letters WIP, or has the EASY-CHANGE Fit Solution badge in the chamber or HART badge under the back of the seat, then it will feature the complete EASY-CHANGE Fit Solution which means that you can easily use the risers within your saddle. If your saddle serial number begins with the 10 or higher as outlined above, then it will feature the EASY-CHANGE Gullet System. Most Wintec saddles feature a changeable gullet, however depending on the age this may require a specialist saddler to unstitch your saddle and change. In most cases, the last two numbers will represent your saddle seat size in centimeters, this will usually be preceded by a dash, for example -44 (36 cm/14", 38 cm/15", 40 cm/16", 42 cm/16.5", 43 cm/17", 44 cm/17.5", 46 cm/18".) Changeable gullet v EASY-CHANGE Gullet v EASY-CHANGE Fit Solution ![]() If the first two characters in your serial number are a number 10 or higher, then the first two numbers represent the year of manufacture. The below is a very rough guide to help you to work out the age and size of some of our newer models, (beginning with WIP or W). Since Wintec brightly burst onto the riding scene in 1986, our serial number process has changed many times and unfortunately there is no one way to accurately read your own serial number.
